Hi! I’m Amanda and welcome to River City Belle. The site name comes from several things I love: a character on Dr. Who, homage to my ancestral roots at the banks of the Williams River, in honor of my home base of Richmond, otherwise known as the River City, my love of fairy tales, and my background as a girl raised in the South. Mostly though, it’s about me. I spend a lot of time experimenting in the kitchen, traveling the world, hanging out with my husband Jerad, daughter Adeline and pup Clark. Take a look around!
