Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day; there are few things better in life than a warm breakfast. I’ve been making variations of this quiche for some time now, but this was my first attempt at a ham and cheese flavor.
Ham and Cheese Quiche
Simple and healthy ham and cheese quiche.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Egg Whites (Liquid)
- 1 Cup Milk
- 4 Ounces Cubed Ham
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Pie Crust
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, cheese, and ham together in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a pie crust.
Insert filled pie crust into the oven. Cook for 45 minutes or until browned.
