Ham and Cheese Quiche

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day; there are few things better in life than a warm breakfast. I’ve been making variations of this quiche for some time now, but this was my first attempt at a ham and cheese flavor.

Ham and Cheese Quiche

Simple and healthy ham and cheese quiche.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Egg Whites (Liquid)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 Ounces Cubed Ham
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pie Crust


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, cheese, and ham together in a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Pour mixture into a pie crust.

  4. Insert filled pie crust into the oven. Cook for 45 minutes or until browned.

  5. Serve.
