Growing mint and making mint extracts kept me busy this summer. But, now I have a cabinet full of mint extract that I need to use! I’ve been working to incorporate mint extract into my holiday baking with great success! The mint taste is refreshing and unique.
I “baked” this Grinch Fudge for a social event at church. I wanted to make something festive and yummy, but I also didn’t want to go to the grocery store. So, I surveyed my pantry and used ingredients I already had at home. This time of year, my pantry is well stocked!
