Nothing brings me more joy than celebrating a holiday! Macarons have become a holiday staple in our family. Baking macarons is an art form, and it takes patience and practice to perfect this little dessert. But, once you perfect the process, you’ll be obsessed with making them for every holiday in every flavor and color imaginable. I’ll admit my mom is the the true macaron chef in our family. We learned the process of baking macarons at our local shop who periodically offer cooking/baking classes.
This year, I decided to make a macaron flag to celebrate July 4th. Isn’t it fantastic?! I love individual sized desserts that are easy serve and pick up.
