The Halloween Map: No Tricks Just Treats

Do you have Halloween plans yet for your family? If not, let the Halloween Map assist you in making your plans.

What is the Halloween Map?

The project is led by two Texas moms that are using their knowledge of analytics and love for Halloween to try and save the holiday. Individuals are able to post to the map if they will be leaving their light on for trick-or-treaters on Halloween night and if their yards will be decorated.

A Very COVID Halloween

One of the major goals of the site is to create a safe and fun Halloween for everyone. The map allows users to import information regarding their plans for social distancing, and serving candy.

Families can then use this information to develop a plan for Halloween night, ensuring that their families stay safe and healthy.

Festive Plans

Can we all agree that 2020 has been a strange year? It really makes me wonder what 2021 will look like, and what challenges it will bring to us. Halloween kicks off the 2020 holiday season, and this season is almost certain to be different. It’s that time of year when I plan and scheme my holiday parties. This year, I originally planned to turn off the lights on Halloween night. However, I’ve changed my mind and I’m planning to decorate my yard and provide a no-contact environment for neighborhood kids. I’m pretty excited about my plans, and I think the kids will be too!
