After a few months of drooling over ToastRVA’s Instagram, I finally managed to grab dinner there recently. It was worth the wait. I can’t wait to return.
As soon as I arrived, I knew I had to try the pimento cheese wontons. They were everything!

To keep with the night’s theme of cheese, I ordered the pimento grilled cheese entree with a side of truffle fries. The pimento grilled cheese sandwich was served on Texas toast and topped with tomato, cheddar, pimento and muenster cheese. Yes, you read that right, THREE types of cheese on one sandwich. The truffle fries were tossed to perfection with white truffle oil and parmesan cheese.

Go check them out; you won’t be disappointed.
